Other information may include; device location (wide scope), product and service preferences, contact preferences, product information such as firmware version, IP address, MAC address, and other information collected through the use of any of the above mentioned methods.

All personal information will be securely kept in our cloud platform as well as the basic contents of the final reports for research purposes. We will audit and analyze the data collected to continue to enhance the overall user experience by improving our products, services, and contents.
